Can I return my purchase?
No, all purchases are finial. If for some reason a bad download was sent, I will send you a new zip file of the same design.

How do I get my Design?
Please visit www.stitchitquick.com to buy your design. After buying you will be able to Instant Download the design. If paying through ecrater I will set up an account for you on www.stitchitquick.com and you will be able to get your design. Buying through www.stitchitquick.com also gives you a record of buying. So if at anytime you need to download the design again you just sign in and download!
